Safety in solitude

Well, it's been a while. apparently, looking back on this blog, it's been 2 kids, one move, one nervous breakdown, 4 cars and 4 Christmases. However, that doesn't mean we ever stopped thinking about you out there in blog-reader land. I did, but Amy didn't, and she constantly worried about posting pictures, making sure that everyone out there knew about every nuance of our life.  I figure Facebook and Twitter and Instagram have already done a brilliant job of shining the bright light of shame into the dark comforting shadows of oblivion that I generally inhabit.

To make our successful re-entry into the blogosphere, here's at least one picture.
